Hex Squads

Welcome to Hex Squads!

It is a turn based strategy game, where you have to lead custom made squads of soldiers, each one with it's set of unique abilities, to victory! Use your strategic genius to conquer your enemies in this tabletop like game.

WHAT IS IN THE GAME:

• NATO Symbols representing squads
• Squad system where base the stats and abilities of each soldier affects the squad's overall capabilities
• Local Multiplayer (1v1 Single PC)
• Pickups
• Obstacles protecting squads from enemy attacks
• 3 Soldier Classes
• 2 Pickup Types
• 1 Obstacle Type
• 5 Unique Abilities
• Custom Levels
• 5 Pre-made Levels

WHAT IS PLANNED TO BE IN THE GAME

• Singleplayer (1 Player VS AI)
• Procedular Obstacle Generation
• Advanced Tooltip showing the stats you need to know

Before you play, I suggest you take a look at the HELP board in this page to help you understand how the game works.

This is an early access so keep that in mind. Feel free to report bugs in the "Bugs" board and leave constructive criticism and suggestions in the "Suggestions" board. This is a passion project developed only by me, a highschool student,  and it is the first public project that i have ever made.
